The tall guy has trouble putting on muscle, hes not in great shape (hes not fat though) and his face is a little below average. Hes about 6'2. Which do you choose?

There are also traits that may not be considered "ideal" but that we don't mind our partner having. I have no problem with crooked teeth, for example. Other women would have a problem with this. There is no universal answer to your question. Both men would be able to attract women.

Advantages can be: -Being much more handsome -Having a muscular body -Being funny -Being dominant -having a lot of money -Social proof Most of the "how did he get her" couples people talk about, are of a guy who is rich or tall. Women have very specific, almost neurotic fetishes that are impermeable when they have the upper hand (their 20's), they date men based on that. The most common fetish women have is for the very tall. I have a very tall friend who has never had a girlfriend and has never been approached by a woman. So basically your theory is crap. Good look finding a new one. Perhaps you could go for the apocalyps in 2012?

My experiences have shown me that unless "married and having children" is a massive priority for her, many women will choose to be alone and wait for Mr. Ideal...even if she ends up alone in life. I can't blame them either....because I'd do the same as a guy.

(because what they say isn't what they do) But, it's an artificial situation. Find me two near identical guys who differ only in height... 1

Height can be attractive to but it has never bothered me to date a shorter guy. I don't feel less feminine, he doesn't feel less masculine. Gaius Baltar and Caprica Six, everybody. Hot.
