Makes dieting and eating the right thing a hell of a lot easier IMO, once you know the ins and outs of it. These videos are really good for anyone that doesn't know the basics really. The focus is on building muscle (Milos Sarcev is a bodybuilder), but I found that the information can easily be tweaked to suit your personal fitness/weight loss/weight gain goals.
