Should I date her? Should I play hard to get?

Ok well this site has always giving me some good advice. I hope I can get some good replies back. Ok well here it is:

When I first got to this base I meet a friend and have been friends with him since. Well including this friend was two more. Chris and Derek. About 15 days after I was here our friend Derek passed away. That night I went to comfort my friends and that is when I first saw her. One of my friends had a female friend there trying to comfort him. She was beautiful. I didn't talk to her at that time. Well also around that time frame she started dating this guy and he was there. I also was talking to another female with I ended up dating that went up to the hospital with me as well. Well that is the story when I first saw her.

I and my ex dated for 3 months and we broke it off. Now she is in another state. Well in the past 2 months that girl I saw that was comforting my friend at the hospital started to come over to my friend’s house a good amount of time compared to how much she was in the past. Well I am not sure but I think the reason is because my friend was having some woman problems and he went to her for advice. Well I started to talk to her and get to know her. One of the first things I said to her was "Can I take your picture" she posse and I said "I just want to show Santa what I want for Christmas" and she laughed. Well I and she talked about my friend’s problem when he was up stairs in the garage. Well I gave her my number that night and told me if she ever wanted to talk about my friend and way to help him out then she can call me. I will go on with the story once I tell you this important information.

Our friend is well.... stupid. Not to be mean but he has a special ED diploma. I have tried to get him to get his GED but he is not determined and quit school after 2 days of going. He does not have a job and he is 22 and still leaving on his parent’s ranch and doesn't have any desire to get a job. He does go though these times that he wants one but doesn't go thought with it. That is a little bit of info about him.

Ok well back to the story. About a week after I gave her my number we all hung out down at his barn. My friend (Trey) and the girl he was having problems with (Amber) left to go talk alone. Well the girl I gave my number to (Modesta) wanted to drive my truck. Well me, her, and this 14 year old boy that was staying the night got in my truck and drove off. A couple of minutes after we got back our friend Trey and Amber were in the house. Modesta, me and the 14 year old boy wanted to ride horses. We went up to the house to get Trey and he didn't want to come down because it was too late at night to ride so we said we didn't need him and went down to the barn. We got on the horses bare back and had a fun time. Me and Modesta talked a good amount of time and got on Gismo. Gismo is a horse that our pasted away friend broke and was still a little wild. After we were done riding I let the 14 year old kid drive my truck up to the house because I was drinking and didn't want to hit anything. Modesta sat in my lap. After we got up to the house our friend Trey woke up. We sat in the kitchen for a little while and the 14 year old started massaging her feet. Well around 10 minutes later I started to give her a back massage. Our friend finally went upstairs and went to the living room where we were sleeping. Modesta wanted to give me a back massage so I let her. After that I laid a pillow between us laid down. She laid her head next to mine. I remember looking into her eyes and telling her goodnight and rubbed her face. The next morning my friend asked me if I did anything with her and I told him the honest truth that I didn't. Oh also that night I got her number as well. She asked to drive my truck to her house and I let her. When she came back she asked me if I would sail it and I told her I would think about it. Well a week later my friend left for an out of town job that lasted only a week.

While he was gone I asked Modesta if she wanted to go four wheeler riding still and if she wanted to go to the Sammy Kershaw concert. She said that will be fine. Well we didn't talk until the day that my friend got back into town. That night she went over to his house and told him that she thinks that she has a crush on me and just wanted to see what he would say because she and everyone knew that my friend Trey was really in love with Modesta. He said he would gut me like a pig. She kept on saying that what if she started dating me to try to get a different response out of him. That weekend I helped his family put a screen porch on their patio. I have helped out him and his family so many times. I fixed his truck 3 times and even paid for the parts. I put up fence around the barn. I helped clean brush. I have done a lot for them and I have asked nothing back in return. I will start to make this shorter.

Trey likes Modesta but he has no chance with her because he doesn't have a job.

We went out Friday to a concert and I was drink. Modesta was sober. And I and Modesta kissed and Trey saw us do it.

The next day I said to the both of them I was sorry. Trey told me to not do it again and Modesta said that she thinks her and her boyfriend have broken up so I shouldn't be sorry.

Modesta helped me replace the screen on the back porch. Trey didn't help at all. (He is lazy as anything)

Modesta told me that I remind her of her dad and that she always wanted someone like him.

I told Modesta that day that I had a crush on her. She didn't really say anything.

I started to fuse at Trey for getting mad because I have a crush on Modesta and that she might have one on me. I told him that Modesta is not his. He is not dating her. He shouldn't tell me that I can't date her.

She asked if she could borrow my truck for a day and I let her. She left.

I was about to leave and my friend Trey told me that I was not welcome at his place no more. I said ok and left.

I told Modesta what happened and she was pissed at him. I have done so much for him and he treats me like this. She was made because if she wanted to date me then it shouldn't be a problem with him.

I didn't get my truck the next day but the following day I did.

Modesta wanted to go see a movie and well we did. She was an hour late and I was getting worried and pissed at the same time. She finally showed up and we saw a movie that she has already seen but wouldn't have minded seeing it again. We had to wait an hour for it to start. Well during that time I hinted to her that I wanted to kiss her. The first time I told her "I bet I can kiss your lips without using my lips" and well she messed it up and didn't bet. She was saying it was impossible. Well I laughed and said that she ruined it. Well I tried something else and she messed it up again. Well she laughed and said I have tried twice. Well I said what the hell and just reached over and kissed her. She kissed back. She was going to pay for the movie but I told her no. Before the movie when we was sitting in my truck she was texting a good guy friend of hers that was best friends with her ex boyfriend if you want to call him that. She said that he was leaving soon and that they were going to hang out later that night. She also said that she can talk to him about anything. Well we cuddled during the movie. Also during the movie our friend Trey tried to give her a call and she gave me the phone to answer. Well he hung up before I could. After the movie we went to Wal-Mart to get some cleaning stuff because the little dog she had crapped in her truck. Well held hands and when we got back we cleaned it up and kissed some more. She left and so did I. I texted her and told her that I had a wonderful time and wish it could have lasted longer. She text me back and said she enjoyed everything as well and that she loves the way I make her feel. Well I sent her a few more sweet texts and she didn't reply. The next morning I sent her a good morning text that was sweet and she replies back. I sent her one more yesterday afternoon just asking her how her day was and never heard back from her.

OK well my friend Trey called me and I didn't answer. He wanted to tell me he was sorry because Amber sent me a text to call him. Today I have not texted Modesta.

I don't know if I should try to start a relationship with her. Sometimes when I look at her I see some look on her face that is hard to describe. It is like she is starring in mid space. I also think I am smoothing her too much. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Date? Play hard to get? Oh and P.S. I am not worried about my friend because I really don't think he ever was a friend in the first place also... when I told Modesta that I am not going to talk to him for a while she gives me a smile. I don't know what to think about all of this. Please someone help?

Just to add on to the other thing I wrote. I don't know how often I should call this girl I like. I think she likes me but she never calls or text really unless she is replying back to mine. I text more than I call so should I start calling more or just text. I can say more when I call. I don't know if I should text everyday just to say good morning and good night or just do it every 2 days or longer? Does anyone have any advice. I probally need this Question answered more than the other one. Thanks to anyone that replies back. I hope somone does and answers both of these questions. Thanks again.
