There is always hope!

Hello everyone. The reason you are here is because someone you love is either trying to get back with you or you are wanting to get back with them. I am going through this same experience and I want you all to know that I truly care and am concerned for every single one of you. That, in fact, is the reason I am writing this.

THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE! The majority of you had long, loving, deeply caring relationships myself included. And many times these relationships ended for no good reason. Thankfully one guarantee in life is "human doubt" your exes will think of you I promise! If you were a good partner and loved them more than anything I guarantee that they will think of you! Humans have doubts though. In fact, half the time people break up with you for the same reason they get back with you. It's because they love you but have and or had doubts.

I can also tell you that no contact in most cases is the way to go. Your ex needs to see how life is living without you that is the only way that they can see just how much you meant to them.

So many of you are good loving people and it kills me to see so many people hurt in one spot. Just know that the sun will shine another day and if your ex is smart they will comeback. If not, then you were too good for them I GUARANTEE it!!!!!! It is really hard to find true love, in fact, it's almost impossible. And if you had it, I guarantee your ex will miss it, even if they are with someone else right now! Also if you are religious find comfort in your religion. I personally am Christian and try to converse with God as much as possible and I ask him to fix things. It takes time but honestly it helps. Keep your chin up and know that life will get better. Thank you everyone for all of your support and I honestly hope that things work out for all of you. And trust me eventually they will.

Hey... I really liked this post.

Seems very bleak at times to be going through what we are going through, but it was nice to see a post that was uplifting and offered solace. I'll be giving it a glance whenever I am feeling like ****.

I've read a lot of posts from angry, bitter folks. Yours was a breath of fresh air...and I could tell you were a Christian because God's love was evident from the first paragraph on.

Thanks for the inspiration and support. I know that I can't ask the Lord for an exact outcome, but you're right, I can still talk to Him about my break up and ask him to help me let go, or help my ex hang on to me.

Thanks for the words. It really helped, because I often slip off wondering if he's even thinking about me a little. Since I didn't do anything ever to hurt him, I know he misses me even a little. So even if nothing ever happens again, that's a comfort.

Great post. It is comforting knowing that she is thinking of me. She told me that this is the hardest breakup she has ever gone through and says she loves me. I hope for the best and believe that she will one day realize how hard life is with out true love. She may never come back but at least I will remain in her thoughts. I'm in the NC now (one week with out contact) because of exactly what you said. Let her see how life is with out me.
