Need MORE Advice...thanks guys!!

Need some more advice....Okay after I posted yesterday ex called...for some reason now he says he wants to be "friends" and just see what happens, either get back together or remain friends...he said that he would call me every couple of days just to talk....

some background info...we had a somewhat messy break up...he said he no longer had feelings for me blah blah blah...when I would call he would tell me not to call him because couples who "break up" should not talk for a while...he is constantly telling me how he doesn't have feelings for me, yet he calls me just to talk....

To me, it seems like he is trying to convince himself that he doesnt have feelings for me...every time we talk he tells me over and over and over that he just wants to be friends...almost like he just wants to see what I'll say...

I posted yesterday about him wanting to have one last night to see what happens...thank you for all of your advice...ive already decided that im not going to be physical with him...he also says that its probably not healthy for us to be physical even though we are very physicall attracted to each other.

So in saying all of this my question is...why is he all of a sudden calling me...telling me that he wants to be "good friends"? I dont exactly know how to react because I was finally feeling stronger and better about the break up and then he just decides that maybe we should still talk and try to be friends...we've only been broken up for 2 weeks and I just dont know how to handle his confusing actions...

Please help!

If I didn't know better I'd say he's just trying to string you along & he's still trying to get into your pants. He's just using a softly-softly approach now.

Unless you two are going to try & get back together & make an honest attempt at your relationship then I would suggest you have no contact with him at all. No phone calls. No "just friends". And definitely no sex!
