Guest Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 I have been working as a temp at a well known National Bank for about 5 Months. Well at first the trainer was being rude and mean to me. My trainer did not want for me to ask any questions beacuse she did not have any patients. Howevre i complained about the trainer and after she trained me - i took her position. NOw, the person who is in charge when the VP is gone has some favoritism issues. This person is an older age matured lady and only trains this other mature older lady more on other job duties. As I observed they are both slow learners and the lady in charge doesnt want to train any of the other agents including new temps. So when im done with my job duty either i have to leave early or do some pathetic manually duties. When there is a machine that can do the work but the lady does not want to teach me. I feel age discriminated beacuse i am way younger and they dont want to teach me anything new beacuse apparently i would me more advanced i believe. I feel very uncomfortable bc the boss in charge looks at me mean when i go out for lunch with the gals. I feel this is a hostile environment, or what do you think?? please help Link to post Share on other sites
