I think I might be depressed..

How can u tell the difference b/w lack of motivation and depression

 

Do you get out of bed? Shower? Get dressed? Do your daily functions/routine as normal? Or have you spent the last couple of weeks in bed? Do you enjoy activities such as being with friends, family etc? If you have withdrawn from your social life and everything else I'd lean towards depression. But I'm not a doctor, although I've battled clinical depression since I was 12. If your concerned start here http://www.webmd.com/depression/default.htm and call your doctor in the morning....
