tashhhhh
I have a stone to go - which I want to lose by the end of April - and then I'm going to attempt another half a stone after that. But I feel like i'm hitting a plateau , atm, and I know everyone says stick with it ect. but it's really getting me down. I used to have anorexia and still have the mental hang ups from this, so i'm petrified about putting weight back on or not being able to lose anymore but at the same time, I feel like I'm working so hard but nothing's happening, why shouldn't I just give up. Do we all reach these plateaus?
