I recently started to go to the gyrm, but like always I want instant results. I am mainly concerned about my stomach area and love handles. I am 5'2 and wiegh 104lbs.... and yes I have love handles and celilute on my stomach. I have been doing a lot of cardio, and then a lot of crunches. But I still can not see the changes in my stomach. How many cruches should I be doing weekly... and how long until I see the results. I am just trying to get into shape for the summer. Any Advice?!?! Thanks Link to post Share on other sites

For me, about 3 months after I started yoga and rock climbing, I started to see some definition in my midsection. I wasn't really focused on abs, but as I got in all around better shape, the core work that one does in those two activities started to show some results. Link to post Share on other sites
