Guest Posted March 9, 2007 Share Posted March 9, 2007 I eat because I'm hungry and love food. I'm not depressed, stressed or bored - I love sweets! I have a big appetite. I need to lose 50 lbs. but every time I try to cut back it's difficult because I'm hungry. I'd like to hear how people control their appetite - I know I could lose weight if I was on speed - then I wouldn't be hungry, but of course that's not healthy or legal. I crave sweets and good food - eating salads, chicken, fish and fruit/vegtables never seems to satisfy me. I need home cooking, breads, cookies, etc. to feel satisfied and full. How the heck do I stop eating these things and not crave them or feel empty? I prefer not to go to a doctor and get diet drugs. Any suggestions? What's worked for you guys?
