Author Fun2BMe
well F2BM...you can ask him to refer you to another therapist and then you two can hook up. It wouldn't solve the fact that he's married so it's a lose-lose situation. I am however enjoying the thrill of our chemistry, it's a very relaxed feeling knowing we can connect as closely as possible yet no sex will ever be involved. I feel like he is a true friend in that sense, even though I feel a little sad at the thought that it's because I pay him. I like to think he'd like me anyways, especially when he does things that he goes out of his way for. But then there's the reality that hits back when he increases his fees:confused:
Author Fun2BMe
There are a lot of married couples who would say their partners are their therapists. I'd say those are the small percentage of very happily married couples whose problems don't stem from each other and are good listeners who help to solve the others issues without trying to top them with their own problems. My therapist is happily married yet he said he sees a therapist too.
magichands
But then there's the reality that hits back when he increases his fees:confused: He's just charging you more because he wants to go a little deeper... into your pockets.
Author Fun2BMe
I had an opportunity to see how much he charges his other patients last week, he had stepped out before my session was to start, and his last patient came to leave his check on his chair since the receptionist had stepped away. Maybe I should've taken a look at it.
magichands
It just occurred to me that increasing his bill could be a way of testing your love for him. Makes sense.
Author Fun2BMe
It just occurred to me that increasing his bill could be a way of testing your love for him. Makes sense. Oh, now that's something I like the thought of. So does a protest show that I love him and so am offended he hiked the rate when I feel he should see me for less if he felt the same. Or does not complaining about the fee hike send the message I love him more? Or maybe he's testing my personality too to see if I would speak up about this whole thing, or else not speaking up shows that I am more mentally healthy. I just don't know. He called me early in the morning, left a message that he had to change my appointment to earlier in the day so I am running out of time to figure out how to handle the situation. Author Fun2BMe
maybe for you next appt. you can wear something flirty and sexy. Something frilly and slinky to get him excited maybe? I always dress nice, there's no point to what you say if he's professional. Chances are he's gotten excited by now, but it's like driving into a dead end street.
