First off, a list of the "essentials": I'm 14.I'm female.Height: 4'11"Weight: 105So, I wanted to know what I can do to get myself "skinnier." I'm not sure if I'm considered fat or not in our society, but I'm assuming I am. In any case, does anyone who had had these problems know what I should do. Advice on what to do? Exercise techniques??
