How to Keep Myself Fit?

Okay, I don't hate myself because of my weight/height, but I want to know what I can do to improve things.

 

First off, a list of the "essentials":

  • I'm 14.
  • I'm female.
  • Height: 4'11"
  • Weight: 105

So, I wanted to know what I can do to get myself "skinnier."

I'm not sure if I'm considered fat or not in our society, but I'm assuming I am.

 

In any case, does anyone who had had these problems know what I should do.

 

Advice on what to do?

Exercise techniques??
