At my job, we were going through training for the new systems we are using. When we got to the OJT room (on the job training), we each got a cubical to sit at and practice the system. The girl im talking about sat to the left of me and my friend to the right of me. ive known my friend for 10 years, and later that day my friend was fired lol. So i had no one to talk to, the next day i came in, i decided to start talking to her. For about 2 hours we were slacking and just talking, id say it went pretty well. there were a few moments of silence, but not very often. after a bit we started doing our job again. then i was saying how im going to just leave during lunch and not come back(i hate that job), and when lunch came, i did. the girl i like decided she would too. but anyway....im deciding wether or not i should ask for a phone number? i mean ....i am moving 100 miles away in a month in a half. if you need more info go ahead and say so Link to post Share on other sites

It could hurt both of you if you start something up now and have to go that far away, stay friends, of course get her number to talk and stuff...maybe if you move any closer together then it would make more sense to start something up !!
