Women who are jealous control freaks who must know where there guy is at times; checks in on him, decides who he sees, where he goes, what he does on the weekends and how he thinks....if they suddenly decide to relinquish control...are they having an affair or has she found someone else?

I'm not sure what you mean by "are they having an affair or has she found someone else." Isn't that the same thing?

 

 

If she is a jealous control freak because he cheated in the first place, then she has good reason to check up on him to get reassurance that he's not still doing it or doing it again with someone else - and she's not really a control freak.

 

If she stops checking up on him, she might have decided that he is trustworthy. Or she might have decided he's not worth it.

 

If she is just a jealous control freak and has no reason to doubt him, maybe she finally got it through her head that he is trustworthy and she can relax. Or she might be afraid she'll lose the relationship if she continues checking up on him all the time.

If she stops very suddenly, it's a red flag. Could be anything, but an affair is a definite possibility, I'd say.

I'ld say if something changes that abruptly then she is probably over him. Its anybodies guess what brought her to that point though.

these mean the same thing. She has always been in control of everything. She has trust issues with everyone an doesnt get along well with most women because of this.

 

I was under the impression that people who are control freaks can't relinquish control. If people do this suddenly then they are not interested in contolling that person anymore.

 

I have a hard time wrapping my brain around this as I am easy going.
