I'm not sure how to handle this...

I have been a ldr for about three months now... during that whole time he and i talked to each other almost everyday on the phone and i have gone up north to see him at least once a month. He is now moving and wont have a phone anymore (he and his ex room mate shared a house phone together b/c the couldnt afford cells phones) and now his computer has a virus on it that crashes every time he tries to get on the net (i have witness this...i was with him this whole past week and his computer was crashing...alot) I called him when i got home yesterday and he told me he misses me already and loves me but i'm just worried with barely any form of contact that he might forget about me. He said he would try to see if he could use his brothers cell phone on the weekends if he has that free weekend and evening plan. I dont have any friends where i live right now and i didnt really have a lot friends back north where i use to live (where he lives now) so i really dont have any body to talk to. He lent me his xbox b/c he knows i'm not able to get out much or hold a job at this moment b/c of medical reasons. I plan on moving back in the summer after everything is taken care of so we can be close to each other again but i'm worried that it might not make it with communication on a regular basis. I'm not sure what to do. help pls.

He could get calling cards to talk to you. That will limit the amount of money he is spending.

 

Then use his brother's phone sometimes - evenings and weekends - but the calling cards will allow him to not monopolize his brothers phone.

 

Nothing beats the old fashioned handwritten letter. It is worth more somehow than e-mails and wonderful to get them by surprise.

 

You can also send reminders of memories from the times that you have been together as well.

 

If he cares about you, truly cares, then he will not forget about you.
