Guest
So I've been with my new guy for a few months now (not long I know) but we both share the same feelings with each other and a deep emotional connection. We've even talked about the future (marriage and all) and even though we are still young (early 20's) and are in our little "honeymoon stage" of the relationship, I could see us getting engaged in a few years once we finish up college and have steady jobs. When talking about the future we've talked about moving in together before marriage-- he is all for it, I am not. I refuse to live with the man I plan to marry, and although we haven't seriously talked about it yet (obviously) it worries me that it could become a huge issue down the road. Living together before marriage is a deal breaker for me. I don't know when & if the time comes that he would be opposed to NOT living together before marriage, or if he wouldn't mind waiting. It worries me because what IF when the time comes this is a huge problem? What are your thoughts on cohabitation and differences in opinion when it comes to this important issue?
