Is a great resource for setting nutritional and exercise goals and tracking progress. It also contains a powerful support community. I thought I'd share this with anybody who's interested in losing some...

 

That being said, it's not even 2pm yet and I've already consumed 836 calories out of the allotted 1500. Why am I doing this to myself? :mad:
