Author lonelybird
Who said I wanted to change it? I'm happier than I've ever been, and I don't give a damn who disagrees with my faith, as long as I know what it is and where I'm going... I am washed in the blood, and in the water a born-again, spirit filled follower of Christ, I just choose not to affilitate myself with Pharisees and hypocrites. I do not presume to judge others because I understood what Jesus meant when he said "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her." Hypocrisy is… 1. Inconsistency between what one teaches and what one does (23:3-4) 2. Desire for prestige and power and congratulation (23:5-12) 3. Abuse of teaching authority through both false teachings and false practices (23:13, 15, 16-22, 23-24, 25-26, 27-28). 4. Overconcern with minutiae and lack of focus on the major issues (23:23-24, 25-26, 27-28): that is, moral myopia. 5. Inconsistency between appearance and practice (23:27-28). I hold no one to my standards but myself, and that is enough work for any one person... I will not deny that we are all hypocrites at times, but I do my best to focus on my words and deeds and not the words and deeds of others. I know you would bring up this kind of thing again and again although I answered them again and again. So I saved it on my computer, so now I just paste my previous post here. Read, carefully, don't miss. when human being is led by flesh they could do many bad things. The work of flesh:Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, depravity, 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hostilities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish rivalries, dissensions, factions, 5:21 envying, murder, drunkenness, carousing, and similar things. I am warning you, as I had warned you before: Those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God! The work of Spirit:Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 5:23 gentleness, and self-control. Now you can see what spirit produce, and what flesh produce. So, NOW if a person read Bible, and claim he is a believer, but he didn't embrace the spiritual teaching, and he continue his evil ways, ACCORDING TO YOUR LOGIC, it is the Bible wrong!?!?!? Your logic cannot stand
boshemia
If you are so emlightened by the love of Christ, why do you inflict so much hurt on others. You are so busy proclaiming your word as truth that you might not even see it. You are not showing them God's love... You are heaving a bible at them and trying to make them submit by force. 2 Thessalonians 3:5 And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. Romans 2:1 Therefore you have no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. Author lonelybird
And I know my history, and how hard I have struggled to find good in humanity. Where are you coming from? What have you overcome? Hi, good for you to find good in humanity. I said before you are strong in that sense. and you can turn your scar into stars to benefit others. You just cannot assume others don't have problems. Yes, we all do have issus in our lifes. Like we are walking in darkness. but now we have lights, we put our eyes on the lights, and lights can lead us out of this darkness. but if we put our eyes around darkness, on imperfect people, we would lost in it. That is what we are talking about, the Lights are God:)
