soulseeker Posted March 26, 2007 Share Posted March 26, 2007 and I cannot seem to change this. I see this preventing me from living in the moment. Anyone been through this and been able to change? My constant analysis is crippling. I went to a therapist and they told me to talk it out, but I feel as though I have done this for years... Link to post Share on other sites
knaveman Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 I used to be like that too, still kinda am. I don't think there is any real way to get over it if you keep dwelling on it so much.
