I am always in my head

and I cannot seem to change this. I see this preventing me from living in the moment. Anyone been through this and been able to change? My constant analysis is crippling. I went to a therapist and they told me to talk it out, but I feel as though I have done this for years...

I used to be like that too, still kinda am. I don't think there is any real way to get over it if you keep dwelling on it so much. The only thing I can think of is to not listen to all the things your head has to say.
