thecount
So, my ex g/f and i have been doing some small talk off and on for the past month or so. just on the phone. She asked a few nights ago if she could stop by. I said sure why not. it can't hurt right? So she came over. Anyway, we had a nice time just talking. She said how much she's missed me, why can't we try again. I told her it's hard for me to trust her. After all the crap you put me through for the past 8 or 9 months with your ex b/f its just hard to trust you. She said i can't remember the last time i spoke to him. I called her a liar. and she said really, i havn't spoken to him. she asked to go to the bathroom, when she went. I looked at her cell phone. Guess what? she spoke to him a day before. I didnt' say anything to her that night. I just asked her again. YOu really didn't speak to him. she said NOPE! that night she left, the next morning she calls me all happy. i said you know what. i looked at your phone and sawyou spoke to him just a few days ago. She said noway, i didn't speak to him. I said I saw it. i told her to take a look at her recieved calls, she looks calls back and said there's nothing. she said I think you're just dreaming it. I can't believe she just said that. I was dreaming that her ex called her and i saw it. Once a liar always a liar. PEOPLE DON"T CHANGE even when they want you back. People take note, don't dream. dreams are fu*ked up!
Trialbyfire
This girl is poison. She blatantly lied to you....again. Whether you know it or not, you are the lucky one who got away, albeit with scars. I can easily sympathize with what you're experiencing.
lorr
She's seems very manipulative.I have to agree- people do not change unless they want to change, for themselves. You've had a lucky escape...
2ndIINone
I looked at her cell phone. smoooooth! Good call.... a little sneaky, but worth it and it paid off. The fact that she tried to blow it off with it being a dream is actually kinda comical.

But at the same time I find it sad that she won't change. It's pathetic.
2ndIINone
But at the same time I find it sad that she won't change. Sad as it is, most people don't. I've come to realize, without professional help, most will never admit that they're psycho!!! Hardest part is getting someone to realize they're 'not right' and seek the help. has she contacted you since you called her bluff? Or is she too embarrassed?
Author thecount
She called me tonight, and sounded like nothing happened. I thought she was calling me to tell me that she's sorry. NO! she is still telling me it was all a dream. It's all in my head. I just cant' believe that she would think I believe it. SHe cant' be that nutty can she?

A woman who wants her man back.... she will stop at nothing to get it.... even if it means trying to uhhh errrr ummmm trying to convince her ex that's he's been sleeping for 3 days now and dreaming about cellphones. In fact.. yea, she's right.... this is a dream too.... you are dreaming you're hangin' out on LS.... just killin' time till you wake up. I posted a story (my current situation) in Search of..... To lean on him to meet some of her emotional needs and her ex to meet the others. All the while, none of the OP's emotional needs are being met. In other words, this is a win/win for her and win/lose for him (she wins, he loses) if this relationship continues. Always say no to win/lose deals. Always.

Always say no to win/lose deals. Always. There isn't a relationship, I just speak to her whenever I want to answer the phone, not always. When we do talk mainly its not about the relationship, just everyday BS. Every now and then we both bring it up. She asked if she could stop by. I thought it might be a good thing to see her again. When I saw her though she didn't look the same. She kind of looked hummmm old. she's aging quickly. She's 25 and is looking old. Her eyes were dark, she looked tired. Pail white like she hasn't slept in months.
oppath
Two words: RUN AWAY. Best advice ever! I think I'm going to tattoo this on my hand to remind myself my ex was a manipulative hose-beat who took advantage of my love and affection. She's not a bad person and I refuse to be misogynistic, but she wanted her cake and to eat it too. Don't even give this women the dignity of a response. Turn your back and run away. I wish I would have.

2ndIINone
How can a human being do this to another human is beyound my "dreams".I've been asking myself this question for years now... in fact, I realize I've been asking this question about each and everyone of my ex's. Then I realized it was me and not them. I self diagnosed myself as a 'rescuer'. I tend to attract and be attracted to the 'troubled nutty' ones.... then I try and fix em'! Only fixed one so far. That was 4 years ago. I hear she's doing very well, she's 28, dating a 56 year old guy. I had a good head of hair and heart.... I hear he's bald and has a 10 year old kid. Ok, maybe it was just a temporary fix.
