You should also attempt to urinate often. This is not something you want to have happen and not something you should hesitate to seek professional advice about. Link to post Share on other sites

All kidding aside, you should talk to your doctor about this. There are medications and treatments available to help control this and getting an early start is key to preventing any future embarrassments. I imagine it would be difficult to talk to a co-worker or employer to help find ways to accommodate this problem. I would recommend talking with your manager to make sure they're aware that you might need opportunities throughout the day to get changed into an extra set of clothing. They don't need to know why--a note from your doctor should suffice if they demand an explanation. You could just say for health reasons. quankanne Posted December 20, 2002 Share Posted December 20, 2002 might also be a sign of having a bladder that's collapsing (sorry, don't know proper terminology), my mom and my sister had same thing.
