I recently met an old friend... actually the guy who sold me my car 2 years ago.. i am reallly into him.. but im 22 and he's 34.. how can i help him get over this factor.. he likes me and would like to take me out but he can't get over my age even tho i have 2 kids.... oh yeah and he knows my grandpa... thats how we met.. hes my grandpas car salesman and he thinks my gpa would be mad... hes a great guy and I don't want marriage tomorrow but just a chance to get to know him.. help

Thing is,

 

As is the case in the process of forging any relationship, you need to establish some lines of clear, honest, loving communication.

 

Talk to him. Tell him you understand his fears and hesitation because of your age, etc. Let him know, nonetheless, that you are a woman who has lived and has taken your responsibilities in life very seriously. Most of all, help him understand how deeply you care for him, and that you'd love to have him in your life.

 

If he is as great a guy as you indicate, I am certain that your grandfather would like the fact that you have a man of that worth in your corner.

I have an older Boyfriend . I am 20 and he is 31. but neither of us think it is strange. If the guy you like does not feel comfortable dating someone that much younger then just get over him and find someone else
