Eliza Posted December 2, 1999 Share Posted December 2, 1999 I really need some advice. I have this guy friend and we've become close lately. We are just friends though. My other friend ,who's a girl, Started dating my guy friend right before halloween and I just found this out now. The reason for this is because she thought I liked him and that I would be mad at her for dating him, so she didn't tell me. Well anyways she made me look like a fool in front of our other mutual friends by telling them that I liked him and that she was keeping it from me because she didn't want me to get mad. Now my question is should I remain friends with her even though I know that if I did like him that she would have cut in on my guy and hidden it from me or do I just let it go and still remain friends? Keep in mind that I asked her about who she dated after her break up with another guy, and she told me I didn't know him. I've about this for two weeks now. I gave her plenty of chances to tell me because it was making me look bad in front of everyone, but she still lies about it, I still haven't told her that I know. What should I do? Billie Posted December 4, 1999 Share Posted December 4, 1999 Confont her and tell her that it hurts you that she would keep these secret from you and that it hurts you that she knew how you felt about this guy and that she still moved in on him. And then walk away and I mean walk away fast because no matter what she says it will not change the fact she choose to hurt you like this even after she knew how you felt, so she would most definately do it again and friends like that you do not need!
