At least I am going to try, but I am done with fastfood.

I am a little late on this one but today in the academy they had us watch "Supersize Me" and that was my first time seeing it. Enough said, all that garbage is so bad and fattening.

I eat a lot less of it than I used to, but I still love burrito supremes with a side of rice and cheese. It's the one I am having trouble giving up completely but the burgers have gotten easier. I haven't had a big bacon classic in over 8 months.

Good luck! That food is so high calorie and high fat. Even the salads are so loaded with stuff that they are not good for you.

I need to check out "Supersize Me." I've heard a lot about it and I enjoyed many of the other "30 days" shows that guy did.

Thanks. When there is a will, there's a way.

I was surprised that even the salads are bad for you. I did find it funny that within months of its release, McD's stopped serving supersize items and they claim that the film had nothing to do with it.

Nice. It can only help if you don't have fastfood for any extended length of time. Eat the good stuff. :)

Oh, dude, me too. I was digusted by the movie beyond belief. I already didn't like fast food but could tolerate them if I had no choice. After seeing that movie, I was done for good. I haven't had a fast food meal in five years :)

Oh I do plan on eating nothing but the best.

Read Fast Food Nation.

I did and it was months before I could drive by a fast-food place without my stomach rolling.

Sounds interesting. I have a lot of reading to catch up on, so it may not be too soon that I pick that one up.

Good luck quitting, I hope you do well. You don't need support, just desire.

Thank you. I look forward to this and seeing just how much money I will be saving.

Is pizza considered fast food?

Fast food is the biggest contributor to declining penis length. If we all took a greater interest in shedding half an inch of gut, then the world would be a much happier place.

Unfortunately, it does make it a little less bouncy. Whatever.

Wow, that is a drastic step, Riddler! Good luck. I've cut down on fast food recently, but still like to sometimes get something. Currently I really love Taco Bell cheese quesadillas. I think pretty much anything in moderation is ok.

The thing about the movie SuperSize Me is that McD's, or any single fast food place, isn't meant to provide every meal and all nutrition for a month, or even a day. So, the extreme results the guy had are because he took an extreme method.

BTW, I've always wanted to tell you that whoever is the guy in your avatar is so cute! It's such a cute pic! I don't know if it's you or just a picture you found, but the guy looks so cute and happy. :)

Me too! He is so cute in his avatar. I really want to touch his huge appendage, and find out if it is floppy, or quite rigid. I'd better stop now, or I will get overexcited.

That is super Riddler!

There are so many other good things you can eat.

(like me......:eek::lmao: )

Seriously you need to educate yourself and start reading labels. Just because it may not come in a bag with a clown on it - does not make it healthy either.

Keep in mind there is nothing sexier than a young man with his own organic vegetable garden, and more so, if he knows how to use his vegetables. :D

That is true that he did overdue it and moderation is the key, but I am officially in training right now, plus I am trying to save money since I am only working one day a week, so I am going to quit for now at least.

That guy is me.:D:o

There you go again with your dirty thoughts.:p

Just so you know, I do read the labels. I have been for quite some time now, but with my job, I was always on the road, so it was always more convenient for me to grab some food on the run. That will all change.

I may not have my own garden but my vegetables are in full working order.

Cool, Rid!

Personally, I can't trust a meal I can purchase for under $2. I quit fast food a long time ago when I opened up a burger to take the pickles out and found a bite taken out of the meat.

Still miss Arbys, though.:(

Under $2.00? It HAS been a long time since you ate fast food! I took my son through McD's today and the tab for his value meal was $5.70!
