Is He Interested?

okay so theres this guy at my school that i like and he's 13 (i'm 14). anyways, one time when i was going to my class i was going to go inside but i thought that he wasn't there so i went in but suddenly he was going out so i came face-to-face with him for like a second and when i walked past him i saw him turn back && look at me. Then another time i was walking up the stairs when suddenly i heard someone coming down the stairs and then he appears in the corner and we almost bump into each other and he only moves like an inch or less away from me (he was so close that i could smell his perfume and feel his arm brush against mines....). One day after that i was with 3 of my friends and he was there and then he started looking at us but we don't know who he was looking at though. And yesterday i went to the Deans Office at school and he was there but he couldn't see me and i couldn't see him and when i was leaving, i walked past where he was sitting and he looked at me when i past him......and then another time he was going out of the main office and it was crowded so i didn't go in so i was standing there and when he got out he looked at me.........Sorry that this is long.........do you think that he's interested in me or not? I need some opinions.
