My Wife's "Friend".

But she did cheat on you...Maybe she didn't have sex with him, but as you said, she shared something with him.

In a way you're right. Here's what I believe happened: The "friendship" ended when he made a pass at her. There was some flirting prior to this. She freaked out and stopped talking to him immediately. This I know for a fact. Then, he used the "at least we can be good friends" act as a way to try and scam his way back into her life. She wanted nothing to do with him at this point. That's when phone calls turned into harassment.

Perhaps he genuinely wants to be "friends" with her now, after over a year has passed since this incident. However he f*cked up the prospect of that ever happening a long time ago when he decided to make a move on a married woman. I don't think she has come clean completely and said all of this (in so many words) because she knows my temper will erupt and I will eat his brains with a spoon, LOL!

Here's what I am going to do. I will follow him to a public place, while he is with his wife. probably a restaraunt or a bar. I will confront him in front of his wife about his recent calls (which my wife was quick to bring to my attention). I won't touch him, but I will humiliate him in front of his wife and everyone else around him. I will call him a c*nt and a c*cksucker right to his face. Hopefully, I will anger him enough to physically attack me. I know he drinks, so if I catch him when he's tuned up this might work even better. I will let him hit me several times, hopefully in the face so he does some damage. Everyone in the place will see this happen, and I will also bring a friend with me as a witness. After he hits me, shoves me, slaps me like the girl that he is, whatever...I might be able to blast him in the face a few times and claim self defense. If nothing, I will at least humiliate him in public and get his wife to probably leave him!

How do you know this for a fact?

No offense but that was the stupidest plan I've ever heard of. Get a grip will you? Do you think you're a comic book hero or something.

It's very, very simple. Make your wife tell him, the next time he calls, to stop calling. She needs to put a stop to it. It's completely within HER control in my opinion.

Right now all your anger is directed at the third party you see interfering in your marriage. What you fail to address is your wife.

Get the full story from her, then tell his wife. You don't understand how much grief you will be giving him by doing so. It will be far more painful for him if you tell everything to his wife via private phone call, than the damage you could ever do by getting physical or publically humiliating him.

seal - just so u know, i have done both of these methods. the sly and the hard nosed.

the sly way, you dont scare them, you hurt them but not scare them. they come back after you with there own sly things. trust me, if you piss him off because thats all ur going to do he wont stop.

the hardnose way where you beat him, he will be frightened and you know will go to the police. but the chances of him coming back are alot smaller.

if you go to the police and report haressment you will get charged if you whopp him... its a tuffy. but i think maybe your not s fighter because you wouldnt even be asking this question. and yuo know ur misses has done something. becuase i know for a fact i wouldnt ask on here! but i am not you!

If he is harrassing your wife, then call the police and file charges against him. Taking matters into your own hands is not a good idea, as much as you want to pound his face in, that won't help in the long run. You'll find yourself in jail, not being able to DO anything, while he'll just keep on calling your wife.

Something isn't right, why is your wife afraid to stand up to him? Why hasn't she actually told you what happened between them? That really makes me think they fooled around, kissed or something - And then she changed her mind, backed off and he got pissed off, enough to keep calling and bugging her.....

TALK TO YOUR WIFE. Find out the actual truth.

I agree, There is more to this story, something smells funny! Alot of times there are people who have affairs and only share a portion of the facts, it's called damage control!

This is a correct action. Could you imagine what would happen if you played around on your wife, and she found out? An angry woman in that case is VERY HOSTILE! He won't have time to mess with other ladies!

Well, it's all said and done now. Last night I parked on the street in front of his house and waited...Finally after about an hour and a half, I saw the little 5"5 Puerto Rican walk out of his house and climb up into his wimpy little Honda Passport. He was alone. I followed him to a bar/nightclub about 10 minutes away from his house. I parked far across the parking lot from him, and didn't get out of my truck until I had watched him go inside the bar. I then went inside and sat down at the bar. He had already gotten himself a pitcher of beer (which he was drinking out of) and was out on the dance floor swinging his hips around like a retarded monkey and trying to grind on young college girls. I watched this incredibly boring mid-life crisis mush sh*t for about an hour. My intent was to corner him in the bathroom, but he never made it. After downing two pitchers, he headed for the door..presumably to go to another bar. I followed him outside.

The parking lot wasn't well lit, but there were a couple of guys about 30 yards away hanging out beside their motorcycles. I didn't care. While he walked back to his car, I stayed about 10 feet behind him and he never noticed me until he got to his car and I said his name. He turned around and I got in his face and told him who I was and why I was there. Before I could finish my sentence he jumped on me and straddled me like a gay monkey. He was making a funny, desperate screeching noise and he actually bit me in my left shoulder and attempted to "punch" in the back. It didn't do much good because he was basically hanging off me (legs wrapped around my waist) and had no leverage. However the bite hurt like hell. I was able to push him off me and restrain him by grabbing him by his shirt with both hands. I started asking him again why he had called my wife when I had told him not to over a year ago. His answer was "go f*ck yourself". I then hit him as hard as I could several times in the mouth. He doubled over and I cracked him again under the chin, which made his head bang against the window of his car. He started crying like a little girl and said he has a "problem" with women and that he had a crush on my wife last year. He apologized and told me he still had feelings for her so that's why he called again. I asked him if the feelings were mutual and he said no. He then really started bawling and grabbed for me again (I guess to hug me?) I pushed him off me, hit him again in the face, and then in the throat. He started making gasping sounds and I got a little worried.

I started walking away when the cops pulled into the lot. Someone must have seen the whole thing go down. There were two cops and they both had their guns drawn on me (for a fistfight! what is this world coming to!). I was cuffed, read my rights, and placed in the cop car. It took all damn night to sort the whole mess out, but in the end we both got off. Since he initially attacked me (and bit me), I was simply defending myself. I didn't get home until 6:30 this morning because I spent the whole damn night in the hospital getting the bite checked out and blood tests done in case he had some kind of disease. I wound up with 3 superficial teeth wounds and 4 deep puncture wounds from his teeth that required stitches, as well as a hairline fracture in my left hand which hurts like hell. He lost several teeth, has two fractures in his lower jaw, a broken nose, fractured right orbital bone, lacerated tounge, and fractured rib. I was asked if I wanted to press charges for the bite, but I declined. I actually kind of feel bad at this point for this sick little prick....On second thought, f*ck him. He got what was coming to him.

I'm glad I'm not married to someone like this. There is never a justification for cheating, but in some cases you can see why people do.

The way I see it, he was defending his wife from a potential stalke, and your saying he's at fault? What if this OM became so obscessive with her he truly did something and tried to force himself on this woman in a crazy state of dementia? IE rape.

Some people are crazy, clearly this man LOU kinda deserved what he got, you dont mess with a married woman without feeling any type of consequences. all in all things could have went much worse. I dont condone whooping no one's ass but sometimes you gotta make an exception.

I'm sorry but I'm whipping someone's ass that come between me and my old lady, I would want my old lady to do the same for me, obviously not in a too violent matter but confronting the OW/OM takes guts and balls.

There is no justification for cheating.

I told this guy once to quit and he didn't get the message. My wife won't do a damn thing to stop it, so I kinda feel like my hands are tied here. I'm not going to call him again, since obviously that didn't work in the first place. I know where he lives and I'm going to pay him a visit. He's a 45 year old office worker. I'm 29, and I do paving work. Gee, wonder who's going to win this one LOL! I'm going to turn this guy's face into jelly. I really don't like the fact that I have to beat the crap out of this guy, but at this point I don't see any alternative. Any suggestions? This guy is a punk and he needs to stay the hell away from my family.

Wow, you got to be smarter than that... right? You'll end up in jail..

Your wife won't do a damn thing about it because, my guess, she is scared he will say too much, I think there is more to this than just jogging.

I'm not entirely convinced that it was that one sided.

Applause Applause Applause... How pathetic!!! in every details!

This IS TRUE. Always be fully aware that when you have an affair, you are potentially gator-bait from that point forward. . . . ((down south, obviously))

I commend sealerpal for his battle and victory. The law is not as strict nowadays as it should be. Generally, cops side with the good guy as long as no one is killed and it is a man to man, old-fashioned ass-kicking.

However, there is some communication problem clearly going on with the wifey there. She may have her reasons, but this guy should not have to question/wonder if there was an affair going on at all. To take this guy's word for it may not be the best bet either. He may have been afraid to admit further damage to prevent further damage. I suggest egos be broken down and for the two to talk. Counseling couldn't hurt either. Good luck to you sealerpal!... and KUDOS on the ass-kicking!

sealer, good stuff on the tearup! but why you let him jump on you! second after you let why didnt you ****ing fall on him or strangle him out... i mean you let him bite you twice and punch you... for the sake of self defence... jesus christ, thats more than enough! and he almost thought he had you.

i gotta say that the hairline fracture in your knuckle is a good thing because NEXT TIME when you hit someone when they come after your misses it wont hurt and wont crack. maybe learn to clench the fist tighter when you hit, but in the heat of battle you dont think you do.

but all i can say, is you ****ing bulldozed him! and! he WONT EVER CALL HER AGAIN! thats him done with. its over. the damages he got will show for over a month.

MJyac funny thing is most OM when caught out there, their ego inflates and usually they brag about doing it or they get scared and admit the truth, either way I think that spineless rat biting bastard told the truth.

If I was in the same position I admit everything, from how it started to the present and leave no detail left unturned. Hopefully If the OM was smart he would hae prayed for mercy, he could have ended up dead. Around my neighborhood that's been known to happen.

Catching shots for messing with a man's chick is not so unheard of where I'm from.

What is interesting is that the original problem has not been addressed.

You punched out the symptom of the issues in your marriage without dealing with the problem.

If this is how you fix your problems then you will be fixing your marriage forever.

Your wife is where the problem begins and ends.. you needed to deal with this issue with her.

The problem is still there..

This is not the best way to go about solving the original problem.

You damn near got charged with assault and battery. Had he not hit you, he could sue you.

And as Art Critic said, the original problem hasn't been addressed.

You are lucky that you didn't get thrown in jail!

Anyway, I agree with AC and A now, the OM may now leave your wife alone, but the problem is still there. She cheated on you! Maybe it's time to focus that energy into her, going to marriage counselling and fixing your marriage. Find why she chose to look outside of the marriage.

I agree with LB that exposure to his wife is a "possible fix". (I think that is another way of putting it).

But I also agree with her that there is a cause. It's in her or more likely between you and her.

I don't hear you wondering about how well you're filling her needs. Because she is showing strong evidence of a woman who is not being taken care of.

Ah...here ya go again. As an OM, you like to believe this is the case don't you? Whatever makes you look like the saint who fills the void huh?
