whichwayisup
Just wondering if it's normal to have boob pains (in both) during ovulation? They feel tender and abit sore.
Island Girl
I know it is normal for them to be sore and tender during menstruation and pregnancy. I've been having "twinge" pain - and haven't researched it yet. (Thanks for the reminder, I'll do that tonight;))

LucreziaBorgia
Mine do that at ovulation time. Every month, I feel pregnant it seems - complete with the sore boobs, and every month I wait out that next two weeks for my period wondering if I'm knocked up. Never am though. It didn't really start doint that until the last couple of years though. Guess its the hormonal changes.
Author whichwayisup
I doubt very much I am pregnant, unless it's possible to get knocked up by having unprotected sex during your period. Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is hormone related and definately the ovulation. If it doesn't go away, I'll talk to my Dr about it. I'm about due for a full physical anyway. Thanks for that link I_S! Thanks for that link I_S! not sure i'm reading that right and I'm no doctor but as far as I always have known you CAN get pregnant at any time...some days of the month you have a greater chance than others but you are ALWAYS at risk of getting pregnant..period or no period. Word! but, WWIU, it is most likely PMS, i get sore boobies sometimes.... actually this month they are slightly tender.... but then again, i keep poking them to see if they still are, so maybe it is partially that too.... but i like to prode my breasts... milvushina
I complained once about my sore boobs at the dr's and they told me that changing levels of hormones can make them sore, and since I was taking BC pills, and each week's pills had a different dose of hormones, the pills could be causing my persistent boob pain. I also had sore knots. Dr. said caffeine can cause boob pain and knots. Well, I never heard that one before. Mine hurt pretty bad now the week or so before my period. Are you taking pills or any other hormonal birth control? I would just bring it up to my doctor.
