jimbeck
I got a call from my ex of three years ago. We talked a bit and then she asked if we could talk again soon and I was like definately. The next day I call her and we talk for about ten minutes. Then a few days later she calls me and we talk for about five minutes. It was my turn to call again, but I was getting tired of talking to her like that. At this point I just wanted to see her in person and see whats going on. I've always adored this girl but I hate playing these games. To change the mood I didn't call for awhile, maybe too long at two weeks. Then yesterday I made my move, I called her and got her voice mail and basically asked if I could see her. It's been over twenty-four hours and no reply from her. She never took this long to reply back. I'm left wondering if asking to see her, was the wrong way to phrase it. Would it been better to have said hang out? I meant it as just that, to see her, see what she looks like now and not as in to date her right away or what ever. Could've scared her away?
CaliGuy
Patience is a virtue. Wait it out. You're a busy man my friend. Make sure you don't let her know you're hanging on every word.
ryanan2
I think you blew it with her, be prepared not to hear back from her. The thing is it sounded like she was just testing the waters and probably wasn't expecting that you would make a move and you asking to see her could only be seen as a move.
