I think it's a sort of Hobbit like Demon - sent to torture men who cheat. It is trying to get itself impregnated by the MM and attach (by marriage) like a parasyte to a host? And dain MM's fortune while sloooowly revealing to him that it is a selfish, manipulative little potty-mouth, ruining his friendships with everyone who loved him. Then one day MM will finally realize that he was better off with his fat hog - lactating cow. MM will wake up one day to see that the creature is uglier than FatHog.
