joe350z Posted May 21, 2007 Share Posted May 21, 2007 LONG POST WARNING so here's what's happening: i finally mustered up the courage to talk to this girl who i've had my eye on for a while (we both take the same bus to and from work) and i went one step further and asked her out. she said yes and we went to a baseball game. i could tell she was having a good time at the game. i was making her laugh the whole freaking time. at the end of the night she was like "see you on the bus" with not even a hug. that made me think 'maybe she isn't interested'. that was last week. today i saw her at the bus stop. she acted like we had never met before. (does she have amnesia?) but i did notice that she would smile kind of like she was blushing when i kept trying to make conversation with her. then we sat down next to each other and she says "just a warning i'm going to be reading". so we don't talk the whole bus ride (45 minutes), we just sat there silently reading. i wanna know if i should a) give it some time and eventually see if she wants to go out again or b) do nothing and keep my dignity. the thing is, this girl has that special something that makes me a little nervous and a little crazy. and i get this feeling that she might like me but then she does things like i described above. i'm kinda confused. i don't have very much experience with women, so any advice is appreciated.
