7 weeks till the beach, whats possible?

Well I have no problem getting to the gym, i love it. My problem is I have zero will power when out to eat or having a cook out with my friends. I was recently unemployed for 3 months. Went to the gym nearly every day, sometimes twice, the only noticeable thing about me is my biceps n triceps are a bit bigger. Lost nothing off my gut.

 

I now started a new job and Im struggling to get to the gym more than an hour a day. I just need to trim this gut a bit so I can feel fine with my shirt off this summer. I hate that I basically lost nothing off my waist in 3 months time. What can I acomplish in just 7 weeks with minimal time to work out? Im 24 5'10 and hovering around 200 lbs.

 

I've decided to cut back on drinking drastically and went to the store tonight to buy whole wheat breads, fruit, yogurt, celery sticks, etc for my lunches and dinners. Is it possile to get some noticle difference and trim down in just 7 weeks?? I'd hate to think Ive just wasted another golden opportunity to slim down this summer
