Noticed a girl eyeing me/smile while working out today.

Ok so today I finish work early so i decide to hit the gym have a work out.

First 10 mins I arrive this gorgoeus looking bird walks in.. shes 16 - 17 age mark im 18 so she walks in I look up and start eyeing her so she eyed me back and started blushing and smiling, so she walks past to go change. So I continue to work out, about 15 mins later I spotting my mate about 3 excercises down from her I could see her contenuning to eye me off so I look straight at her and she blushes and smiles again from over the other side of the romm. So I Finish my work out and leave as Im leaving, She walks across to where im walking out side back to my car.. I look back inside and i eyed her again and she started smiling, I didnt do anything about it continued on my way home.

 

Questions.

 

Was she just wanting some attention?

 

Was she attracted?

 

How would I go About talking to her since shes a complete stranger to me?

Just walk up to her and say, "hi". You don't have to say a lot at first. Next time you see her she won't be such a stranger. It will get easier each time you talk to her.

This is the problem we all struggle with. Try to talk to her, ask her questions about the gym and herself, what sort of work outs she does, or her reasons for exercising. This gives you some insight into her interests, and if she is good, and you listen you can pick up other topics of conversation. If she is game ask her out for coffee, or a quiet drink.

If she really likes you, the way she seems to be giving the signs of, then she'll be willing to forgive a little roughness in your initial conversation.

Don't let the oppurtinity pass you by though, good relationship don't come around that often.
