maoz
I forgot to mention an important fact in my story - when i approached this 26 year old i did not offer him to cheat , i said i wanted to tell him how i felt about him, and that the situation is hard for me to deal with. I most likely enjoyed the drama of it all as well, but i was really being honest. I do not know him well so i was taking a big risk, also of being exposed in the workplace, not just emotionally. He said that what i told him stays with him and that i not worry at all.

You're right it takes real guts and honesty to approach a man and tell them how you feel, since you're married and he has a g/f. Also, you don't have to "offer" him to cheat. I think he read between the lines once you revealed how you felt.
