Onelife Posted June 11, 2007 Share Posted June 11, 2007 Hi everyone, I've been going to the gym regularly about 3 times a week for nearly three months. I warm up for 1o minutes, then weight training for one hour and I finish up with running on treadmill or using stair climber for 30 minutes. My question is I now start going to the spinning class which lasts about 50 mins for 5-6 days a week for the past two weeks. Only Mon, Wed and Fri I do weight training then spinning for buring and Tus and Thu I just attend the spining class and nothing else. Is it too much to do? I am not overweight, my height and weight are in good proportion. Just want to train myself for riding up the mountain that is about 10 miles uphill. Link to post Share on other sites
