I am sooo annoyed with him right now. Vent time.

I have this inkling suspicion that he lies to me about stupid stuff just to make himself look better.

 

We've been together, ohhh, about eight months. He still feels he needs, when he goes to the bar with me, to tell me about exactly how many girls have hit on him at this bar, and how many he rejected, and also how many one-night stands with porn-star/Jenna-lookalike-beauty-pageant-winning women he's had.

 

I do not have fake boobs. In fact, they are quite small. I have red hair and look pretty much like your normal 22 year-old girl. He himself is normal looking. So, basically, every time he tells me this stuff, whether I believe him or not, it just makes my self-esteem sink lower and lower... especially due to the fact that he relies so much on looks and will hardly look at me the same way if I'm wearing pajamas.

 

I am so annoyed. I can't stand it. I mean, he's really nice to me, and I love him. He goes out of his way to do a lot of nice things for me, and I have never spent a dime on him.. but it's so annoying.

 

Also, he has a five year-old daughter... and there are MANY, MANY times that I feel he thinks of himself as a more worthwhile human being because he has spawn and I don't. It's like, he will gladly hurt my feelings if it will make him look like more of a man because he has a freaking kid.

 

i.e., his daughter and I will be watching TV, and someone will say "sh*t", and she'll say, "Oh my God! He said sh*t!" and start laughing..

 

And I'll start laughing...

 

And he'll say, "Don't ENCOURAGE my DAUGHTER to say things like that BY LAUGHING at her.. then she'll just do it MORE... " (..GOD, why can't you be a DECENT human BEING, you STUPID GIRLFRIEND...?)

 

Like it's my fault. The little kid said something funny and I laughed. Big deal.

 

He also loves to bend over and kiss his baby momma's ass. I don't know why.

 

Also, he gets mad at me because I think porn is amusing. I don't care if he watches it. Whatever. He says I hurt his feelings when I laugh at two girls making out with each other and making stupid noises. He says it's a very big part of his life and he hates watching it with me. I told him, fine, watch it by yourself then. God. Annoying.

 

GRRR sorry. I just needed to vent.
