Theres this guy I work with (I know, office romances rarely work out) and I cant tell if he likes me or if he is just being nice. I like this guy and I would like to persue a casual dating relationship but I cant really tell if he is flirting back when I flirt with him. Because some signs could be read as flirting, and sometimes they are just being friendly. If you like the guy why are you wasting time flirting with him anyway?
