I've been on this breakfast diet since March. I've gone from eating waffles to 15oz. of kidney beans. I was really just wanting to lose some fat on my belly. Now I'm down 15lbs and I have a six pack. I was planning on going off the diet last month, but I'm just in a habit and I don't want to gain the weight back. My only concern is if there would be any problems in prolonging this diet? I get 80% of my fiber intake just in one meal, so by the end of the day I'm probably getting close to 40grams of fiber. Would it be better to eat 7.5 oz for breakfast and the the other half later in the day or does it not matter?
