puberty
Has anybody ever heard of Hydroxycuts? How safe are they? I plan to use it since they guarantee fat loss FAST.
taiko
Is that one of those with the before and after pictures if the sexy blond grandama? Or the ones with the redhead new mom? I'm almost positive they add the disclaimer that these results are NOT typical and caution you that a proper diet and exercise program is essential for positive results. Art_Critic
Caffeine and green tea is all that it is..They are well known fat burners.. Don't waste your money on weight loss scams.. Try reducing your caloric intake and doing a vigorous exercise regime instead.. you will find better results that way.. Remember that weight loss is a lifestyle change and there is no quick fix..You will have to change your eating and your exercise habits in order to keep the weight off. LN99
Those pills can work, but they also do damage to your heart....or at least can. I've been looking into trying that new pill out called "alli". It's supposed to help you lose weight the healthy way (gradually) and not effect your heart or brain.
SARose61
http://blogcritics.org/archives/2006/01/06/043643.php This website gives you a breakdown of what is in Hydroxycut. There's no better way to insure that weight lost stays off than by following a basic diet and exercise.
LN99
Thats why I'm looking into "alli". It encourages a healthy diet and exercise and blocks 50% of the fat that you take in. Only bad side effects is gas or diarrhea if you take in too much fat. (I think that would motivate one to watch their fat intake). There really is no quick fix. Either way, you have to get moving...and exercise. Thats with any diet pill or diet.
dvsxx6
A couple of my friends who are really into physical fitness have taken Hydroxycut and told me to stay away. They told me that the side effects from it are very dangerous. One of my guy friends said that it made him feel jittery, his heart was racing and he felt like he was having heart palpitations, and if you don't drink enough water [or just keep hydrated with gatorade, etc], you'll feel paranoid Just be careful.. Proper nutrition and 30 min. of vigorous exercise daily would do the trick. It just takes more effort & you'll feel better Good luck
Sassy
My h's cousin took this pill and she ended up in the hosptial for seizures . They ran test and found out this was the cause . Be careful and I totally agree with all the other posters. If you eat right and exercise you will start to lose the weight. Don't try to do a quick fix just because it makes it look good on these commercials!! Like Art said it is a lifestyle and how you eat and what you eat. Eat healthy and eat 6 small meals and workout and you sohould see an improvement. My new thing is Yoga booty ballet belly dancing burns alot of calories sex also does too !! The "drug" even tells you to take a change of clothes with with wherever you go, wear dark clothes, and be prepared to crap your pants at any given time. They even say to stay home for a week or more until you get used to the drug! It's been all over the news about the 'side effects' - no weight loss is worth that!
