A week ago my husband's brother's wife announced that she was pregnant with what will not only be their first child but the first grandchild for my husband's parents as well. They hardly got the words "Your going to be grandparents" out and I uncontrollably busted out crying and left the room. I have been married to my husband for over 6 years and we do no thave any children yet, we had plans to start trying at the end of this year. It became important to me to have the first grandchild (I don't know why). Anyways there are other reasons why I started crying, but none the less it happend and I don't know what to do. Everyone on my husband's side is mad at me for ruining their big annoucement and only his parents will talk to me. I have e-mailed my husband's brother and his wife saying I was very sorry and why it happend in the first place. I have not heard anything back and it has been 6 days. I feel really bad about this whole thing but I don't know what else to do. Btw, there has always been some uneasiness around my husband's brother and wife because they are always trying to compete with us. Please give advice. Thanks Link to post Share on other sites
