Re: Can't Get Him Off my Mind

What are your hesitations? You obviously are second guessing just doing it for some reason. Put your finger on what those reservations are. Then weigh out the risks versus the reality. Are you afraid you will fall in love with him. Before you meet him, talk to him about your feelings, then make a decision.

Well the guy l am talking about is actually my first boyfriend who l fell in love with at 16 who came back into my life just over a year ago. He decided out of the blue after 10 years of not seeing each other to give me a call. Soon after he visited me a work once and we have only spoken about 8 times since. The last time being a couple of days ago when he just came back from overseas. He has gone back for up to two years now. Well, l was disapointed to say the least. Nothing happened between the two of us since he first phoned me over a year ago because l was involved with someone else and l was still figuring out what to do. Now l have been single for a month and a half and l can't stop thinking about this guy. He said he would write to me etc. l really feel a connection with him and feel we should be together. He mentioned it was a shame he was going back overseas and that we could of got together. l have wanted to go overseas for years and l am wondering if l should go up for 4 to 6 weeks and join him up there. He said look him up if l am ever up there. Even if we hung out as friends it would be just so exciting to see him again. Should l trust my instinct and gut feeling and go. It would probably be at the end of the year and he will be back for x-mas and then back overseas again. Also l think he will be back in July because we made a promise to each other that we would meet at a date in the year 2000. Even if its for the experience of going overseas and why not seeing l know a friend up there. What do you think?
