Tomorrow will be the 4 week mark of me not smoking!

I smoked for 22 years and have not had one in 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

I never thought I would quit, I enjoyed it too much. Now I truly feel like a non smoker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you!

I quit Aug. 31, 1993 and that was a life changing experience for me... in a good way.

I know I will NEVER smoke again... This is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

I quit cold turkey, and the next day, after one craving in the morning, I felt like I never smoked in my life that same afternoon... it was very easy (weird)...

I think that is great! Keep it up!

I never smoke, drink, gamble, or do drugs, but we all have our vices and I am glad you are beating yours!

Oh, I am really boring. If my vice is mentioned, I'll reveal it, but we should keep this on topic to smoking!

I did try smoking once. Never got the appeal.

Congratulations Lishy!

It must be great not to have taken a fresh, new cigerette out of its box and smell that refreshing odor of tobacco, and how it feels so good in your mouth and the initial burning of the tip, the smoke wafting in the air up your nostrils and then inhaling it deep in your lungs and breathing out...

Thank goodness you don't miss that!

Congrats to all you quitters :) My dad smoked heavily for many years, quit 12 years ago or so and now runs marathons. Healthiest substitution ever. I still smoke, I've been smoking a pack a month or every other month for some time now. I tell myself that since I often go 2+ weeks w/o a ciggy and because I smoke so little it's okay. I'm probably wrong.

I hae had one minute of feeling sick on one occasion but that is the only side affect.

Direct, nice try buster but you couldnt tempt me as I just dont want one! I dont miss it and I have no inclination to stick one in my mouth (a ciggie that is!)

These tablets are amazing!

I need some experienced opinions. I'm on approx 6 weeks as a non-smoker and I was hoping someone could tell me when this gets easier.

Anyone?

oooooooh. I gave up smoking a few years ago, and every now and then I decide i would like one when I have had a few too many glasses of wine.

tonight is one of those nights. Had only a couple of puffs on a cigarette and now I feel :sick::sick::sick::sick::sick::sick:

Oh honey you will love them!

Take them for 2 weeks before you quit ok?

After about 4/5 days of taking them you will not enjoy a ciggie and the smell will make you feel sick but keep smoking until your quit day.

Please keep me posted on how you do!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLease please please!
