If a guy ask you a silly question?

So Like majority of guys, I have no idea what to talk about with a stranger girl I'd like to know.

 

The general rule says I shouldn't approach like average guys.

(complementing her, 'how ya doing' and asking general questions)

 

I heard it's better to ask a silly question as an opener....

 

So if the average guy comes up to you and ask

 

Me: How many number 9s are between 1~100.

 

Girl:hm...10?

 

Me: actually it's 19

 

Girl: how come?

 

Me: Well 9,19~99 and 90,91,92 and so on

 

Girl: wow right.

 

 

Another silly question

 

Me: You are in a race and you just beat 2nd person.

what's your ranking right now?

Girl: 1st!

Me: Wrong

Girl:Why?

Me: Because you have to beat 1st to be 1st not 2nd......

Girl: how dumb I am....

 

 

So what would you do if a guy ask you a silly question like this??

Would you think he is trying to hit on you?

What kind of conversations makes you feel comfortable with a stranger?

Trying to one up the girl is not the way to go. Instead, smile at her as you walk by and slowly develop familiarity with this girl until you have courage to go up to her and talk. I would keep first interactions short to kind of judge her interest in you. If you feel that she talks back as much as you do then she likes you. Then open up to her more and find out more about her. Pretty soon you'll be comfortable around her and might ask her out for lunch or something so you two can talk more.

Hmm...I don't know, I like smart guys... What would I do...probably laugh. I would probably think he was trying to hit on me, either that or that he's really weird. I guess it all depends on how you execute it.

1. I have this happen often at work. I get a guy who comes up to me every few days, and without any opener of any sort will ask me random trivia type questions. When I get them right, he is overjoyed.

 

2. I wonder about that, but mostly I just think its strange and I generally have a giggle about it with my coworkers. We have a nickname for him and everything. It sounds mean, but if you come across as strange like that you pretty much have to expect that to be shared around with her friends as a "this weird guy came up to me..." type story. It is mean sounding, I know - but unfortunately that is just how it is.

 

3. Any that seem natural. I had this other guy who would come in and talk about certain books, magazines, subjects that were interesting (I work in a bookstore) and it was pretty natural to be talking about that, considering the setting. He would come in every couple of days and we'd talk comfortably about stuff. It was 'safe' because it was expected in that setting.

 

Off the wall stuff can be interesting coming from a VERY attractive, intriguing or interesting guy - women are willing to overlook eccentric if a guy is really smoking hot. If you aren't on a Ryan Reynolds level of hot, then you may want to rethink the quirky thing, unless you are going for an equally quirky girl who might dig that sort of thing.

I expected this type of answer about the looks.

 

Same for the guys.

If a pretty girl makes some mistakes or act goofy, that makes her cuter.

She will be forgiven for whatever she did and guys will help her.

 

But if an ugly girl does that, most guys want to beat the hell out of her.
