If smokers had respected nonsmokers during those times when they were asked to not smoke then the bans would most likely had a much tougher time passing.. You should know better than to make blanket statements, A_C. Not all smokers are rude. I was at a craps table in Vegas once and a guy who took a spot next to me asked if I minded he light up.
