Hello,

 

Anyone else go up and down like a yo-yo with diets?

 

For two weeks i'll be eating so well, but then it will take one night out or take away meal to stop the whole diet! I get so frustrated.

 

I have also read that yo-yo dieters are at more risk from heart problems, wouldn't surprise me!

 

 

Anyone out there have any good ideas to sticking with it!!!!???????
