Sabotaging oneself?

OKay so I've been doing really good with the diet and exercise, until today, my ex bought some biscuits for my son and left them in the car, they happen to be the same biscuits that I used to binge eat on (like a packet once a week and eat the whole lot in one sitting), like 13 years ago before I moved out of home and stopped doing that... So anyway I opened the packet and ate four without thinking... then I thought- why am I doing this? I allow myself treats but in moderation... has anyone else had this experience of just slipping back into even a really long forgotten habit? I feel like my subconcious is trying to sabotage me.:mad:

Dude, it's cool. Gravy you might say, lol. Its all good. I try to do that diet crap but whatever. I have more cheat days than actual diet days. Why not just be happy with yourself the way you are? You're a good person. I don't know you, but I know that. Everyone is a good person. Be happy. It makes everyone else happy, too.
