2sunny
Do you ever read those posts where there is no capitalization, abbreviations are overused, and punctuation poorly used, if at all. They are not written by people who have interesting things to say, or who can organize their thoughts very well. guilty as charged. i do this when i type on my computer only. it's my signature style. i also only sign my name with my initial when i e-mail... everyone knows it's me. i consider myself to be an excellent speller and a great conversationalist. when i write a note to family or friends - i always use proper punctuation and use of the english language. just one of those quirky things i started years ago - can't help it now... 2sunny
i think you're only guilty of the 'not capitalizing online habit', as are many people. what does that have to do with this thread again? HAR stated that punctuation and grammar have to do with intelligence and beauty... and being attracted to someone...
Illicit Angel
I have slept with 2 male models (no not at the same time!) and to be perfectly honest it was awfull!! I'd sooner choose a man who's not as toned or gifted (as most models would like to think!) that's not constantly posing or looking at himself rather than paying me a little attention LMAO
underpants
sorry half cocked... it must be hard to be so very, very, very, very good looking.
Cobra_X30
Unders, As I believe you pointed out earlier... a truely intelligent person would realize that brilliance comes in many forms. Beauty also comes in many forms... not simply that which society foists upon us! I've had about 2 years of experience with women who fancy themselves models. I'm over it. If you judge others based on looks... or of all the stupid things in the world puctuation... it says more about you than it does them.
halfarock
If you judge others based on looks... or of all the stupid things in the world puctuation... it says more about you than it does them. Actually it say much about both. If I go through life as a perfectionist, always insisting that every thing I do that I do it well, that makes me a certain kind of man. Why would I want less in a woman? If a woman is looking beautiful, if she writes well, it shows me the type of person she is, one who cares enough to be the best she can be. The difference between a woman who eats well, goes for walks and actually thinks about things, and one who just sits on the couch watching television eating snack foods, is much more than their looks. Actually, when I wrote that I was thinking of those posters who write like a page and a half with no breaks. I sometimes wonder if writing is but an option in high school these days. I understand the basics of what you are saying... but I've dated some girls that just threw junk into thier body and still looked good. To be totally honest, I've come to a point where I tend to view women as a package... not as stereotyped parts. I am not opposed to dating a woman who is a little overweight if I am attracted to her personality, and values. Perfection is a matter of perception. So, essentially you ask women to live up to your standard of perfection?
halfarock
Modelling is a tough business so you have to be at the top of your game or you don't get the jobs. The two male models I dated were focused and did get some jobs. Too bad it detracted from their focus on other aspects of their lives, like improving their personalities, intellect, etc. The model who I dated was very much on top of things. She treated herself as a business and while not a top model did very well for herself posing for catalogs and sales flyers, and making wise investments. She wasn’t at all an air head and in many ways, the posts that you post remind me of her. Your high mindedness, that insistence that a man be worthy of you, your calm, if stern, confidence that you are right….
halfarock
So, essentially you ask women to live up to your standard of perfection? Never. I only pursue women who, just because of who they are, hold themselves up to their own high standard. A beautiful, successful, confident woman turns me on like no other. Ask them to live up to thier own! I like that.
Tony Posted September 22, 2007 Senior Moderators Share Posted September 22, 2007 The last 30 or so posts in this thread were conversational and way off topic, showing a great disrespect and lack of consideration towards the original poster. There are some posts remaining that lack sufficient substance but are distantly related to the original post. If you are not able to write about the topic of the thread, type on your word processor or go to an off topic thread or forum. An off topic thread has been provided for you elsewhere in the forum. If you want to have off topic banter with others about subjects not related to the thread, it's best to go to AIM, Yahoo, MSN, etc., or some other chat client for that purpose. Now, PLEASE, stay with the topic of this thread. PLEASE!!! It's only a matter of respect.
Trialbyfire
To summarize what I mentioned in previous posts, no I would not sleep with a model. While they're wonderful to look at, their primary focuses aren't my priorities. It's like sleeping with someone who speaks another language. What would be the point if you can't communicate with the other person, therefore, get to know them?
