Extend your shoulders?

You want to work on your deltoid muscles. That's pretty much the only way to make your shoulders bigger. Exercises are typically shoulder presses (all different types), lateral raises and vertical raises. There's probably a couple good cable machine exercises also, but I rarely use the cable machine.

So far on this forum you've asked about Chest, Belly, Shoulders and how to grow taller.

 

I think you either need a dedicated fitness/bodybuilding forum or some therapy to help you feel more comfortable with what you have.

BTW, you have had a number of weight lifting / body sculpting questions. If you are not a member of a gym, have you considered joining?

 

I can say that for me it has always made me feel better and given me confidence. It is well worth the money to have someone train you on what can make you stronger and bigger.

No, that depends on genetics. Some short people have broad shoulders and some tall people have small shoulders... in ratio anyways... obviously I'm going to have broader shoulders at 6'3" that a 5'4" person, but he may have bigger shoulders proportionally.

I don't think it would be such a good idea to only work one body part. If you're going for the "wider" look in general, shoulders will contribute a fair bit. The biggest thing though are your lats. Having wider lats and a small waist gives that wide appearance.
