hmmmm read a book called "The Game" by neil strauss its a story about men who pick up women. You seem to lack some basic concepts that most people just naturally understand this book may help you understand stuff, and its a pretty entertaining story even if u dont learn anything. Basicaly if a girl looks at you like people already said you look back keep staring at them and smile real friendly like till they look away, and if they were close enough it is at that point you would say something along the lines of "how are you" she might say something like "good" and there you go ur talking. now if she acts all weirded out and just stares foward you could say something playfully like "do you always just stare foward like that, its kinda rude" at that point you have to gauge whether things are going good or not, just make some small talk about nothing, but make it fun if you can, and then get her number by saying something like "I actualy enjoyed talking to you we should do it again some time" then if she says yes just give her a paper and pen and instruct her to write her number down, then you ask her to hang out some time you call her and say "come meet me at (movies, coffe, bookstore, museum, park, resteraunt, my pool)" then you try touching her like getting playful see if shes ticklash what ever and some time durring that hanging out you have to kiss her, say something like its really hard right now not kissing you, she'll either kiss you, say no, say maybe, not say anything and just look at u, go in for kiss. Now there you go the most important ingreadient the confidence to give things a try and not wuss out. and oh yeah dont focus in on this one girl who may be thinking of you as a stalker, if it doesnt work move on and start flirting and trying this formula I gave you with other girls. Now I have no idea why you put this in the friend section but if you want a girl u have to make that kissing move that really can ruin her opion of you, but ask yourself this question what do u really want... remember Confidence get it
