Ldr???

Ive been talking to a girl online for about three weeks now. At first we exchanged a few emails, then we talked a few times online, and finally twice on the phone. Ive had to initiate a lot more of the conversations than she has. I feel like if I didnt text her or wait for her to come online i might only get to talk to her once a week. Im trying to get to know her more and build a relationship but we dont talk nearly as much as I would like to. She hardly texts me and hasnt asked to call in over a week. But when I asked her if she is interested in talking to me she said she is but she gets so busy. From what she has told me though I dont think she is so busy that she couldnt take a little time out of her day to drop me a line and say hello. So what I want to know is if Im being too needy and should just take my time, or should I let her know that I dont want it to take forever to get to know her and that Im looking for a more tentative person to talk to everyday.
